01 — Hardware
Base Device (Touchseen BASE)
Touchseen BASE is a compact device designed to monitor the environment and daily activity while preserving personal privacy. It operates for up to one month on a single charge and connects to the cloud platform via the LTE-M mobile network. The device can work together with optional accessories, such as wristbands or key fobs, using Bluetooth connectivity. Its sensors help detect important changes in the environment and a person's activity: an assistance button allows users to quickly call for help; a light sensor detects significant changes in lighting conditions; an activity sensor captures movement within a range of up to 4 meters; temperature, humidity, and air quality sensors continuously monitor environmental conditions.
02 — Connectivity
Simple connectivity without the hassle
Touchseen devices communicate with each other automatically. The wristband or key fob sends information to the base device, which collects sensor data and securely transfers it to the cloud platform. Family members can view information in the mobile app, while care providers access it through the management dashboard. The system uses a cellular network connection, so no home Wi-Fi is required.
03 — Cloud API
Detects what matters. Alerts immediately.
Touchseen continuously analyzes sensor data and recognizes situations that require attention. If unusual changes are detected, such as prolonged inactivity or significant environmental changes, family members and care professionals receive immediate notifications. Alert settings for each device can be customized to meet individual needs.
04 — Applications
Essential information always within reach
Family members receive notifications about important events and can follow their loved one's daily activities on their phone. Care staff can access all relevant information through a unified management dashboard. This helps teams notice changes sooner, respond in a timely manner, and provide greater peace of mind for both users and their families.
