Touchseen provides an intelligent care monitoring service using IoT sensors that learn behavioural patterns and alert designated contacts when anomalies are detected. The Service is intended for use by family members monitoring elderly or vulnerable relatives, and by professional care organisations.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all individuals being monitored have been informed and have consented to the use of the Service
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misusing or attempting to interfere with the Service

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Touchseen does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical care or emergency services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Touchseen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
